Insurance and Fees Questions
Therapy requires a financial commitment. Check with your insurance provider to determine if you have mental health coverage. Services may be covered in full, in part or not at all by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If your plan is out of network, we will provide you with a Superbill for possible reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to obtain the answers to the following questions prior to your first appointment. Knowing these answers will help you understand your plan’s benefits as they relate to the service you're seeking.
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Do I have a copay? If yes, what is the amount?
Do I have a deductible? If yes, what is the amount?
Has my deductible been met?
When will my deductible restart?
How many sessions does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Are Telehealth sessions covered by my plan?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to prevent a late cancellation fee. You will be responsible for a $70 late cancellation or no-show appointment fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, except in cases of periodic emergency. This fee is not covered by insurance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. No future appointments will be scheduled until the negative balance is resolved. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. If you have 2 or more no-shows or late cancellations within a 30-day period, it may result in the termination of the client therapist relationship and you will be provided with appropriate referrals.
