Clinical Supervision
At C-Beyond Today, we are proud to have a Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) on staff. We provide distance and in-person clinical supervision towards licensure for LPCs. As a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, Karen provides guidance, professional support and skill development to mental health clinicians in a safe, supportive space, utilizing the Cognitive-Behavioral Supervision model. The supervision approach used is collaborative, challenging, and educational, providing an opportunity for each supervisee to develop the clinical skills, ethical judgment, and confidence necessary to deliver high-quality care to clients. Whether you’re a recent graduate or provisionally licensed in the state of Georgia seeking Clinical Supervision, we are here to support you on your journey!
-
Individual Supervision
Individual Supervision is a private session between a supervisor and a supervisee. The benefit allows for one-on-one guidance.
-
DYADIC Supervision
Dyadic Supervision is still generally considered individual supervision. It occurs when two supervisees are supervised at the same time. In dyadic supervision, supervisees benefit from being able to learn from and consult with each other as the supervisor facilitates and guides the process.
-
Group Supervision
Group supervision is when three or more supervisees are being supervised in a group setting. Group members benefit by learning from diverse backgrounds and experiences as a result of differing perspectives.
